Also, the cutscene where she gets stabbed made it seem like she was hoping Rover was reaching out for her, only for it to be revealed that he was heading for the Gem again. I don't know if that was intentional, but I think that's cool. There's also a cutscene a bit earlier where two flowers floating close by are separated once the ripples hit them.
