I was away from internet for a few days so I only just watched ep 1 and HOLY FUCK, that was the perfect first episode a second season could have had. The music going through the best hits of S1 before showcasing new
remixes and entirely new tracks (can't wait for the full release of ED by M. flo), the sexual gag somehow feeling even raunchier by actually making a plot-relevant joke about uncensored pussy, and the plot looking to build on, rather than ignore, S1. I thought Trigger would just resort to lazy trolling by ignoring S1's cliffhanger but they actually put in serious effort. Only thing missing was a truly high-budget animated action scene, but what we got still looked good and I'm sure that'll be coming up in later episodes.
