I just noticed today that some characters like Serika, Hoshino and Saya have not only very noticeable animated eyes but also animated mouths and expressions
What's up with this?
Why don't all characters have animated eyes and why animated mouths are so rare (that I only noticed three characters in the whole game that does it?)
