I feel like this is gonna start console wars in the other thread so let me ask here and bear with me, I'm asking sincerely.

Does Pony have any strengths over illustrious/noob based models? I can only think of style training being easier, but it seems many people still use Pony merges.

Also what exactly are vpred models better at? As I understand it it's better color range and lighting prompts?
