The only thing that occurs to me is a proof or work system with transparent rations/quotas of various goods, commodities, services etc you can consume per month. So the same function money fulfils except in a more honest and transparent manner and without destroying the real economy (which makes and does real things and is therefore the source of all actual wealth, affluence, prosperity and living standards) for the sake numbers on the screen. Which is what the esteemed western partners did and what Russia herself did through the 90s.
And also a single employer, manufacturer, producer, seller, shipper, retailer etc. One megacorporation / state. Except not operated for financial profit and without money. If you reintroduce money you instantly and immediately corrupt everything and start the path towards repeating history.
