Who was in the wrong here?

I was at the shark CE but I was off to the side with a shark pounding on me with battle bell stacks rolling and this IDIOT came right up, targeted me for like 5 seconds, targeted the shark for another 5 seconds, dismounted, turned on stance, AND TOOK MY SHARK

THERE WEREN'T ANY OTHER SHARKS NEARBY TO PULL

I LOST MY 8 STACKS OF BATTLE BELL BEFORE THE CRITICAL ENGAGEMENT
