Maliss gets annoyed by it, sure, but at the same time they have non-targeting outs built in with MTP-07's non-targeting banish.
Mitsurugi's important shit doesn't target.
Ryzeal's important shit targets YOUR cards so doesn't care.
Even upcoming decks aren't really fucked by it. Yummy doesn't care. Dracotail kinda cares since they can't recycle the handtraps they fuse, but they still have non-targeting removal for Saint anyway. K9 can still do all their Rank 5 shit without ever targeting their own stuff.
