You guys know DNA isn't a magical identifier without reference material right? Police can't take your DNA sample without a warrant, like search and seizure. Same goes for fingerprints. Assuming you committed rape and made off like a bandit without anyone noticing/filming you, and your DNA isn't already in a biobank somewhere, your DNA at the crime scene wouldn't do LE any good. Not encouraging anything, this is just for casual conversation..... but if you did decide to commit a crime like that, those are the circumstances you'd be facing.
