I'm no artist so I guess that's out for me, I've considered commissioning a pic or two but there's no artist I'd be happy to ask and I'm sure prices for a pic would be huge. Thanks for the response.

Thanks for the reply, I'm guessing the frills are all following the leg bands like in your provided pic though?
Pic related is the closest I've seen to ideal, though it isn't perfect.
