all i'm saying is that it's completely okay and absolutely important to call out slop and acknowledge that things were indeed better and healthier in the not so distant past simply because you had to do things purposefully and deliberately and possess an artistic vision in order to achieve success and societal hierarchy still wasn't so fucked up and watered down and tearing at the seams to the point where you don't even have to fucking work in order to sustain yourself in most modern countries and i understand that it's kinda irrelevant to the topic but i really cannot imagine anything good coming from people that have been conditioned to do absolutely nothing with their lives outside of maybe getting some useless degree in nail polish application and maybe at best working some pointless slop office mental reprocessing job for like 4 hours a day for 20 bucks an hour 3 or 4 times a week, i might be exaggerating but the job you currently have is a perfect fucking example because you literally got in because some other guy vouched for you, no degree in maths no degree in microsoft powerpoint required just here click on stuff and get paid, like why would you ever go out to do something cool and self-contained that reflects the life experiences you went through and reflects the environment you grew in or came to be as a person if everything is already solved for you and you can just goon all day and consume and at best re-arrange the sterile corporal forced soul crap that we all are in constant contact with today without ever looking back or questioning yourself or thinking, it's not meant as a jab at you personally but more of a critique of what you're kinda trying to defend here or play devil's advocate because surely you don't believe that this life style is adequate or something natural that we just evolved into and not something that got forced onto us and i don't even have space left to address the other part
