It's a really suitable engine for Yuzuha because she is crippled by low base ER of 1,2.
So the percentage ER from Kaboom is a weak 0,6 bonus, whereas the Flat ER addition from Weeping Cradle 5-star works as a +100% ER equivalent.

I have to admit I am in a fairly unique situation.
The RNG handed me 2 caesar shields when I initially just wanted 1.

At first I tried to give it to Pan Yinhu.
But my eyes opened a little bit when I realised Seth is the master of Interrupts, while Caesar's engine benefits from interrupts.
