No I mean cartoonist driven as in "people that actually no how to fucking draw and not make their shows focus mainly on the writing", a writer-driven show isn’t inherently a bad thing, but there’s far too much in this current era for animation and it’s damaging the medium.

Here’s an example of a good modern cartoon: The Patrick Star Show, one of the few shows these days that is well-animated, fluid, expressive, and actually allows artists to have fun on their jobs during this dark period in animation history. THIS is a good example of a cartoonist driven show.
