Did it, though? There's a pretty strong consensus here that the Arland games were the peak and that the recent games, especially Yumia, were pure shit. And from what I've played of Rorona, Totori and Ryza 1 and 2, I'm inclined to agree, at least with the first part; the Ryza games definitely seem inferior to the Arland games. And don't even get people started on how the fanservice was neutered in the recent games compared to Arland.
