these are just 'people' so on the outskirts of society, rejected by everything, theyve lost everything, live in squalor, so autistic, so schizo, such low-tier genetic breading stock, addicts, and losers. they are unemployable, likely didnt finish highschool, or receive a further education, didnt go to the army, and was never trained in any useful trade skills.

they are so rejected by society, that many of them have taken to homosexuality or transgenderism in a 'grasping at straws'-attempt to find acceptance and potentially love, but no one wants them despite their efforts.

these are the kinds of people who are so low in the social food chain, they dont even have the social skills necessary to take their failed-life outrage out on other people, instead they target their own community and peers.
these are the kinds of people who escaped the 'potential shooter' list, but only because they cant afford the weapons and ammunition necessary to complete the task, because they spend their 'NEETbux ' on drugs and video games.

in short, these are the kinds of people that were so nerfed by karma within their current incarnation of their cycle, that they simply decided to give up, yet not even brave enough either, to actually enter their next incarnation, or learn the lesson they were meant to, during this one.
