Chinese know Korea has the best doctors and technology that you can't get anywhere in the world thus they spend a lot of money to visit Korea just for surgery. They have all inclusive packages that handle their flight, transportation, hotel, and translators.

It got so bad pre covid that the Chinese government encouraged Chinese to avoid going to Korea and use Chinese doctors instead.
