back pain. there's no way someone like orihime would be as kind as she is in real life with boobs like that, she'd constantly be agitated from hurting all the time at such a young age. her boobs are gigantic but her torso is skinny. a good bra can help but she doesn't seem to wear one in this outfit and i don't know what kind of support this thing would even give. in some scenes/promo art (like with her hands out) it looks like it lifts them decently.
