I'm cis gay, but I wouldn't go out my way to do most of these things. At that point it feels like transitioning and I'm not really transgender I'm just attracted to men... and tits... and well... men with tits. If I was born with / grew tits though I would just roll with it. Ever heard of Park Gee, creator of Suicide Boy? He's a man but he developed prolactinoma after taking medicine and ended up with D cups. Still, I'd prefer it if it was my partner that had them not me.
