They are in fact weed brownies at minimum. They have an earthy smell and there are small bits of green. No blue. Most likely no PJ or active ingredient derivatives.

Spirit: "Yes, your highness."

Meagan: "It's fairly late, Aaron. I believe your quarters have been prepared. Is there anything else you wish for?"
Anon: "Nothing at the moment. Will there be anypony on standby if we have any issues?"
Meagan: "I will be with my subjects to ensure they are handling the task I assigned them properly, but for you, I will ensure that there is somepony on standby."
Anon: "Thank you."
