I don't think anyone who likes Will thinks he's not a douchebag.
He's a douchebag and a selfish asshole but he's also very good at the game and very good at entertaining the audience.
Not hard to see why he's a fan favorite, even if I wouldn't necessarily want to hang out with him IRL.
