I used Stable Diffusion before but I forgot how to use it so I'm trying to set up Easy Diffusion on Windows 7 which isn't supported by Python 3.9. Somehow I have 3.10 installed, maybe a leftover fork but I'm still missing the infamous api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll. Tried installing github.com/NulAsh/cpython but to no avail. What do
