I don't think so and personally I suspect the reason is that Touhou hasn't exactly been 'trendy' like Hatsune Miku was, for example, so woman haven't had an excuse to cosplay Touhou characters. Don't mean to sound vain, but woman like to dress up as popular characters people will recognize.

What's with artists deleting their online presence like this in Japan? I know the guy who was really into Ran did it once he got a gag manga serialization, which I guess is common since the Doujin to Publication pipeline kind of demands it, but I hear about other random accounts disappearing and being purged on Pixv all the time.
