I'm more interested in what each of the kano's teams would be. Or what type they'd specialize in as gym leaders. Off the top of my head I'd imagine...

Hakari - water
Karane - electric
Shizuka - ground
Nano - ice
Kusuri - poison
Hahari - normal
Kurumi - dark
Mei - psychic
Iku - fire
Mimimi - fairy
Meme - ghost
Chiyo - bug
Naddy - psychic
Yamame - grass
Momiji - bug
Yaku - rock
Kishika - steel
Ahko - fairy

There's reasons for each but I can't think of any more for the rest. Also don't know anyone who'd fit the bill for flying or dragon types.
