This is a colored version of a rough sketch of this scene from the Azumanga Daioh anime opening. The opening obviously doesn't have a nipple, but the rough sketch does.

I wager that they put Yomi's nipple in the rough sketch because animators often depict a nipple bump so they know where to cut the shot.
