The fact remains that the UK and France have the capability to do expeditionary violence to other nations at distance to fulfill national objectives while themselves being safe from repurcussion. That easily puts them ahead of every nation on the planet barring the US who are able to do the same. They also have the economy to scale their forces if the international landscape changes. It literally doesn't mean shit if there's ten million gutter oil drinkers, street shitters and krokodil addicts under arms if they're easily kept in their tard pen by air and naval power.
