I assume so, because many time I get asked for it by various government and non-government institutions, but a lot of people I know (my age AND older) are afraid of someone on the street overhearing it while you're speaking it over the phone to whatever organization needs it, and using it to take out loans in your name from those fast credit businesses (scams).

Is the next Harmony chick worth grabbing? I only have Tribbie as my limited Harmony and don't have Robin/Sparkle/Ruan Mei.
