Help me understand what positive motivation there is anymore for guys to have anything to do with females beyond just temporarily enduring their infinite sheer awfulness in customer-employee interactions

Is a guy being called "probably gay or something" because he'd rather keep his distance from the utterly loathsome female gender actually worse than the infinite malice females just can't wait to inflict upon guys?
