Are there any other Alice-knowing people more familiar with Japanese as a language / culture who know which character Loco is supposed to be here? My best guess is the White Knight (which would fit her well given he's also notable for his singing) but I find it a bit of a weird pick compared to the more famous characters and a non-intuitive look for it, but there may be a history of having him look like that that I'm not aware of or some kind of further context I'm missing.
