Noticed something I thought was a bit interesting but have nowhere else to share, so I'll share it here: Otome says "otsu otsu" twice in this episode. The "pun" here is that otsu is short for "otsukaresama", which is coloquially written using the kanji 乙, the first kanji for 乙女, otome. Funny play on her name.
