Is Fribbels crazy for telling me to use atk% chest over crit dmg% chest or is it on to something? My supports all buff critdmg and none buff atk. I have a critdmg piece with 11 spd too, so it's not just a matter of hitting the spd threshold, it legitimately thinks atk% chest is better than crit dmg% chest even with equal spd.
