I've always said his delta will fall off, just because Necrosis is the worst elememe type.
Though I assume people would switch to his X since with that he'll debuff like 15 res while ignoring an extra 10 for himself, but since that one isn't out yet Y will have to do, and it's still a really good module, even outperforming delta in some situations. Though I doubt that's why Lappland is used more than him, it's probably because the IS favours hitcount and she has that S3 global stink aura.
