What you usually see is people who toss in a prompt, and then share the first result they get. They have the tools to go through a good starting image, fix any abnormalities, adjust further half the image anyway they like, but they're happy with just the first result. Some people are also blind, they never tried drawing a human, they have no clue whether something they're looking at is correct or not, skill issue per say... if a talented artist started using ai tools, you probably wouldn't be able to tell its ai, as they have hundreds of ways to conceal the slop that gives it away.
BUT, slop genbros lack imagination often times, so they also just make generic pinups, less effort = better. There's potential, but it's not utilized, the simple minded gooners are happy with just the first result of a prompt as long as it's not off-putting.
That being said, I hate AI since in fact 99% are lazy slops flooding sites. Fun fact, Shinda art is so trash no one made a lora for his style.
