This is the most frustrating change. The デスも is just her verbal tic thing. Nopon in general end their sentences with も. So that's not where the "duh" comes from. Did they get confused? Did they not understand that even though the viewer can see the soldiers are agnian the characters can't because of the fog's thickness. It even becomes clear when you leave the cut-scene. That's not what it canonically looks like, that's purely so the player can see. The characters can't see anything, why would edit the line to make it seem like the soldiers being agnian is obvious. As if Manana has clear visual. It's poor reading comprehension basically.
