Luffy is way too buff here. As soon as this flashback scene started, I was thinking it was odd seeing him this buff. I assumed that this was the point in time when he was training with Silvers to learn Haki, but no, this is actually before Episode 1. Luffy didn't get this buff until he trained at the prison in Wano. They're revising history before our very eyes.
