Every psyche drug imaginable, decades of talk therapy, outpatient treatment programs (basically mental health bootcamp but they don't lock you in there) and ENDLESS self improvement obsession, diet, activities, hobbies etc...that works for some people.

It didn't even move the needle for me...if I had known how bad it would be I would not have wasted my youth working and going to school obsessively to "be normal" and make enough money and status to attract a mate etc.

After banging every crazy feminist type and carousel rider in SoCal you can imagine I walked away from that too...
