Yes, but all of the CEOs they are replacing are JEWISH and they take less money. Same operation, same people making money (jewish), and if the company gets a little too corrupt then saar goes to jail. Not a bad idea considering the current rise in antisemitism. That might actually save some wealthy jews from prison.
