I'm always melancholy and anti-social. Sometimes it just gets worse.
I sliced it and ate it over rice. The honey did a pretty good job at sweetening, but I think I'll try sugar next time. I would also like it to be redder. I didn't add any red food coloring (which a lot of recipes call for) instead opting for the traditional red bean curd. I gotta find a way to make that red more saturated. Maybe beet juice? But then I'd have to account for the sugar or honey and I'm not sure how it would effect the consistency of the marinade. Lots to figure out. It's quite exciting.
