I would take 3 Reference pics/fanart/etc. and we'd all have to choose one to GPose.
We pick a location, go over there and do our shots. That's it, you can be expressive and creative about it, completely deviate from the reference itself or you can do it 1:1, up to you. You can share your GPose at the end but you're not forced to.
