the writing has nothing to do with those shows. remember when South Park had 8 year olds jerk off dog dicks in graphic detail? and then used that to set up a story criticizing sexual education in schools, because the kids didn't know wtf they were doing?
Panty & Stocking doesn't do that, it stops at simply having crude "humor" that makes it seem infantile despite being aimed at adults, because the Japanese don't know how to be humorous OR mature.

Proof that i was right, this board needs to be merged with /a/. The aging /co/ population needs to be replaced with /a/ immigrants, else the board will not survive.
