So I bit the bullet and bought some tokens just to compare Opus 4 with GPT 4o.

Did anyone else find Opus to be a little more senile compared to GPT? GPT seems to be able to remember what happened earlier in the conversation compared to Opus.

GPT also seems to be able to handle more complicated concepts without getting lost in the weeds.

Opus does seem more emotive though, and has better prose by default. I'm going to kick a GPT server the next time the last line of its response is preceded by "A beat." The beat is me beating your A100 gpu you fucking nigger.

Does this agree anyone else's findings?
