Im sorry but I have to say it, what is up with that face? Is this a stylistic thing you are trying or what? Nose and mouth are in bad positions. I get that its painted but you should at least use like a sketch or something to get stuff in a good place first. The fact that the rest of the image is as good as it is makes it really jarring.
