Maybe you forgot but Clae was always really popular for solo cheese across every part of the game, even on neutral because of his skills and arts card NP gain. The buffs then enabled him to be a generic nuke on top of that. It's impressive how his actual fanbase has stayed so consistent, but he's up there for a reason.
