Ukrainian UAV struck the Kotovsky gunpowder plant in Russia’s Tambov region overnight/early morning. The facility, part of state-owned Rostec, produces critical gunpowder for weapons and ammunition and supplies the Russian Ministry of Defense. It is the only plant in Russia making certain nitrocellulose-based powders.
