They are anthropomorphic ducks (plus geese if we look at Gus) and they act like us humans act and care about our species as we care about our races. They are white people just like us. It doesn't take any miscegenation or incest to ruin their tree. We are not reptilian monarchs or a "chosen" people. White ducks are the best in the world and Rosa knows why he did it.
