I don't know why people say that Sabrina can't tank. What the fuck are people building her with? Mine has Def boost on every piece and facetanks literally everything. Tho I agree that taunt is shit, but that's because all CCs are shit when the game is built and balanced around bosses. Some games in the last few years have made it so CCs against bosses fill a gauge that triggers effects like increased damage received, a window of total boss inactivity, etc. Since this is a turn-based game it would make sense to AT LEAST have CC negate one action from the boss and replace that action with whatever the CC itself implies (taunt forces a normal attack on tank, stun does nothing, paralysis only movement, etc)
And I 100% agree with you is that her ult should add cover DR while she has Shelter stacks. Hell, why not go the Overheal way since it's Hydro's theme and give her extra HP per Shelter stacks.
The possibilities are there, but I doubt they'll do anything cause she's a standard doll, and unless they plan on doing something like Mod3 nothing will change.
