Whites use their white privilege to get high paying jobs. That's where all that boomer talk about "looking the manager in the eye and giving him a firm handshake" comes from. That's all whites have to do. Blacks have to actually work harder and prove their merit. When will whites admit their privilege and let blacks succeed like they deserve after 400 years of oppression?
