I was going to point you at a particularly interesting thread about The Anime Club getting a cartoon adaptation that had loads of stuff I thought was right up your ally, but a change in focus content could be interesting.

For those who don't know, this guy was doing a daily comic strip for about a month on /co/ (like his comic tells you actually).
