I think we can all agree that the Futurama reboot was dog shit, ruined by out-of-touch Disney executives who prioritized millennial pandering over genuine comedy writing. How likely is it that the KOTH reboot will suffer the same fate? I trust Mike Judge to retain the original series’ humor, and the high quality of the Beavis & Butthead reboot is a good sign, but I’m worried the executives will still try sticking their fingers in the pie. The trailers look pretty good so far, but there’s a couple lines that make me nervous.
