Lol you're insane. It's literally a 3-value manga sketch and no amount of fluff you employ to inflate the fact "the artist knew how to put the line in the right place" can overcome that. It's not disrespectful to call it a 15 min sketch because that's literally what it is. Nothing wrong with it. But it's legitimately astonishing to me that you could look at that generic sketch for five seconds and even bother to form a thought about it one way or the other.
