Just a quick double-check, but you probably will want to neg both 'balls' and 'testicles' to get ballsless futa in a Noob model. Manticore's not giving me any trouble when I'm doing that.
(Only other thing I can think of is some other tag/lora/style that's pulling in balls as a side effect).
