that's a combo from xerom, I remember in the original tweet he posted you needed to delay the cMs after 22U I think or something similar. in any case ending like that is a meme so dont worry, unless you were just practicing the combo for fun.
also interesting that you do the 66L manually, it's much easier with the dash macro, not only in the combo but in neutral too. another trick some charlottas use is to hold the forward button when they use H sword and then simply press the other two buttons to do the 66L, but I dont like it
